General Venue Information

What You Need to Know

All events will require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date/room. All food and beverage items are subject to applicable sales tax and 21% service charge. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Deposits will be applied to the final bill. Final bill is do either prior to the event or on the event date. We only accept cash or credit card. Once the menu options have been selected, 50% of the estimated cost of the event will be due 14 days prior to the event date. Changes to the menu may not be changed once the event is under 14 days. 

Additional rentals, entertainment, audio visual or other special requirements, we can provide quotes for you. Any outside vendors must be approved by the Lodge and will be required to provide certificate of insurance to obtain entry onto the property. All outside vendor requirements contracted by San Pedro Elks Lodge will be subject to applicable sales tax. 

San Pedro Elks Lodge does not allow any open flame décor or props. Only flameless candles may be used for events. Confetti, rice or bird seed is also prohibited. No outside décor can be taped, nailed or hung in the lodge. Free standing items will only be permitted. All items brought in are to be removed at the end of the event. Any items left will be disposed of unless prior arrangements have been made with management. Removal of items left may be subject to $100 cleaning fee.

All areas of the lodge are ADA compliant. Please inform personnel should additional arrangements are needed for your guests. 

San Pedro Elks Lodge offers ample parking and valet services can be arranged for an additional cost. San Pedro Elks Lodge is not responsible for any lost or stolen items on the property. Client assumes all responsibility for any damage that occurs as a result of guests or outside vendors provided by client. 

All guests and vendors are not permitted in member areas. Children must remain in hosted area at all times.

All events of 100 or more guests where alcohol is served will be required to utilize our security. We charge $100 per security personnel for each 100 guests and a minimum of 2 hours per security personnel. We do not waive this charge nor do we allow outside security to be provided by client. 

All clients and guests are to abide by Lodge rules and regulations as noted on the agreement.
